Bio
Jianhong Liu joined CGD in July 2019 and supports the work of Sanjeev Gupta on domestic resource mobilization project. Her research interests include development finance, public policy and Chinese economy. Prior to CGD, Liu worked as an RA on projects related to intergenerational transmission of poverty and energy economics. She holds an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a BA in Economics from Renmin University of China.
